OWLET 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Every Owlet product purchased from our website comes with a "30 Night Peace of Mind Guarantee." If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of the installation of a physical product (registration of our Smart Sock and Cam products, for example). This satisfaction guarantee is only valid if you have proof of purchase.

 

WARRANTY

Your monitor comes with a two-year manufacturing defect warranty from the app installation date. Please contact us at customercare-bel@owletcare.com if you have any issues.

 

Owlet is not responsible for normal wear and tear associated with the use of the product(s).

 

AGREEMENT OF A REFUND IS SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

You must request a return authorization number from our customer service team within 30 days of a product's registration date by calling

info@bomedys.be.

 

Only products purchased from owletcare.be can be returned directly to BOMEDYS.

 

Any product purchased from another reseller or website (other than owletcare.be) must be returned to the original vendor in accordance with their own return policy.

 

Shipping costs incurred for product returns are the responsibility of the customer. Any returned product must be in good condition (neither broken nor damaged). Owlet reserves the right to judge the condition of a product. We cannot process refunds for products returned without a return authorization number. For the return to be considered valid, you must return the product(s) to BOMEDYS within three weeks of submitting the return authorization form.

 

The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account can be up to 7 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment for your order.

If you no longer have the card used to place your order, your bank will issue the refund by check.

You will receive an email stating that your return has been received and processed by Owlet.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

Gift cards are non-refundable.

For the return to be considered valid, you must return the product(s) to BOMEDYS within three weeks of submitting the return authorization form.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

The return and warranty policy will be null and void for any product purchased through an unauthorized reseller or website (eBay, etc.).

Be sure to include all items with the returned product.

For incomplete returns (missing base station or sensor, for example), only the market value of the items received by Owlet's return processing department will be refunded.

You are required to pre-pay all shipping costs, and you assume all risks of loss or damage to product(s) during transit to Owlet.

We strongly recommend that you request proof of delivery of returned products to the carrier, in case we do not receive them.
