Satisfaction guarantee and limited warranty

At Owlet, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction when you purchase one of our products. This is why we offer the satisfaction guarantee and the limited warranty described below:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Every Owlet product purchased on our website comes with a "30 nights of peace of mind" guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of a physical product's installation (e.g., registration of our Smart Sock and Cam products). This satisfaction guarantee is only valid with proof of purchase. Please note that for all returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant against defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of app installation for new products and 6 months for refurbished products, provided you use our products as intended. We offer no warranty regarding general wear and tear related to product use or any damage resulting from modifications made to the products or due to improper use or maintenance.

If you believe you have received a defective product, we will repair or replace the affected product or its defective components in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warrant the replaced product or components until the end of the original warranty period.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from Owlet or our authorized resellers, unless prohibited by law. The lawful sale of our products is reserved for Owlet and its authorized resellers, who are required to comply with our policies, procedures, and quality control standards.

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim for products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including on unauthorized websites.

Under this limited warranty, we do not warrant that the product will operate uninterrupted and error-free.

Please note that this limited warranty is the only warranty available for our products.

We limit the applicability of implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties of any kind.

Some states and countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If so, the above limitation does not apply to you. Our liability for any defect is limited to that defined in this limited warranty and excludes any claims for indirect or consequential damages. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of indirect or consequential damages. If so, this exclusion or limitation does not apply to you. In no event shall any person or entity be authorized to offer any other warranty on our behalf. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.

For example, customers in some jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable national law, such as the Australian Consumer Law or national laws that implement Directive 99/44/EC.

These rights are not affected by this limited warranty.
